“Boysya” — Nuki’s first single and first music video
On 10 December 2012 Dariya Stavrovich presented the music video for “Boysya” — the first single of her solo project Nuki.
The video came out on YouTube on 10 December 2012, directed by Mikhail Yemelyanov. Its description introduced the project like this: “Stepping away from the style of Slot that many know and love, Nuki presents a completely unexpected solo project”.
Boysya
“Boysya” was called the first single of the upcoming album. The second single was then planned for early 2013, and the debut album “Zhivy!” for March.
Sergey “ID” Bogolyubsky played guitar in the video, and guest musicians played the double bass, violin, viola and cello parts. In the spring of 2013 “Boysya” and the next video, “Nauchi”, were also posted on the project’s official website.
The album “Zhivy!” came out a little later than planned — on 28 April 2013, with “Boysya” as its third song.
